Team Accounts

Team Accounts let you share your data with colleagues, clients or your boss. Each person signs in with their own login and sees the same live data you do in view-only mode. Teammates never pay: their seats are included in your plan.

Seats per plan

Team users include you, so the number of teammates you can invite is one fewer. A pending invitation holds a seat until it is accepted, revoked or expires.

Invite a teammate

1. Open Settings and choose the Team tab.
2. Enter your teammate’s email address and send the invitation.
3. They open the email, sign in or sign up with that same address, and accept.

An invitation link works only for the address you invited, expires after 7 days, and stops working if you resend or revoke the invitation.

Who can accept an invitation

The person must sign in or sign up with the exact address you invited. Their own SignalBridge account must be new, or still on its free trial with no live tracking and no paid plan. Joining your team ends their own free trial. If they already track with SignalBridge, invite a different email address.

What teammates can and cannot do

Manage your team

• Remove a teammate or revoke a pending invitation at any time from Settings → Team.
• You are emailed when a teammate joins and when one leaves.
• A teammate can leave on their own with the Leave team button in the banner at the top of the dashboard. They then land on their own account and can choose a plan.

If you change plan

• When you change plan yourself and the new plan has fewer seats than you have teammates, SignalBridge tells you how many to remove first.
• If a change comes from your payment provider, such as a scheduled downgrade, existing teammates keep access but you cannot add anyone new until you free up seats or upgrade. Nothing is deleted automatically.
