Tracking Health gives you a real-time overview of your entire tracking infrastructure — delivery rates per platform, Event Match Quality scores, and proactive email alerts when something goes wrong.

What It Monitors

Delivery Rates

See the percentage of events successfully delivered to each platform (Facebook CAPI, Google Ads, TikTok, GA4).

Event Match Quality

Track your Meta Event Match Quality (EMQ) score per event type. Higher EMQ means better ad targeting and lower CPA.

Platform Status

At-a-glance view of which platforms are operational, degraded, or down.

Proactive Alerts

Get email alerts when delivery drops, a platform goes silent, or match quality declines.

How It Works

The tracking health dashboard aggregates data from your pixel events to calculate:
  • Overall delivery rate — percentage of events successfully forwarded to ad platforms
  • Per-platform rates — individual delivery rates for Facebook CAPI, Google Ads, TikTok Events API, and GA4
  • EMQ scores — Meta Event Match Quality per event type (Purchase, AddToCart, PageView, etc.)

Email Alerts

SignalBridge sends proactive email alerts when:
  • A platform’s delivery rate drops below threshold
  • A platform stops receiving events entirely
  • Your Meta EMQ score decreases significantly
  • Event volume drops unexpectedly
Configure alert preferences in Settings → Notifications.

Accessing Tracking Health

Navigate to Dashboard → Overview to see the tracking health widget at the top of your dashboard. Click into individual platforms for detailed delivery logs and error breakdowns.
